My email won't send and recieve

I followed the instructions to set up my email account on outlook express, but my email won't send or receive!

Please help, George
automate it!

Hi George thanks for your question, the most likely problem is that you haven't entered the right details for your email to be able to send and retrieve. You can cut out all the hassle of doing it yourself by letting your control panel set up your email on your email client for you. Go to your control panel and go to the mail section then click email accounts. Select the email account you want to config and press configure email client to the far right. Now under "please select the right application", select the appropriate email client, for you that would be outlook express POP3. The majority of account settings people will need will be POP3.
